Dr. Dyer earned her medical degree at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, and she’s a proud local resident who loves her patients and community. She sees many long-term patients, often acting as the primary care physician for grandparents, moms, and children all in the same family.

About Cherylance Farnum, PA-C Primary Care
Cherylance Farnum, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with more than 18 years of experience. As one of the main health care providers at Treken Primary Care in Atlanta, Georgia, Cherylance helps patients with a wide range of health problems including diabetes, thyroid issues, heart disease, hypertension, and cares for patients of all ages.
Cherylance earned her physician assistant degree at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 2001. She enjoys helping patients achieve improved health through a combination of western medicine and natural approaches.
As a longtime physician assistant, Cherylance has many established patients, and she sees patients from multiple generations within the same families. Her compassionate attitude and gentle guidance draw many people to request her as their health care provider. Cherylance approaches patient care as a partnership. She truly listens to what patients have to say so she can personalize their care.
